AGRA ENERGY is on a mission to introduce cutting-edge technology into the renewable energy industry to transform methane gas waste into clean renewable fuels. Our technology is a major advancement in the proven “gas-to-liquids (GTL)” conversion process. Simply put, this means taking "hydrocarbon gas" through a chemical-reaction that converts it into petroleum liquids. Natural gas turns into oil. Majors companies have done it for years, but the conventional GTL technology required massive scale and big investment for giant projects.

Twelve is the carbon transformation company. We’re on a mission to eliminate global emissions and build a fossil-free future. Carbon transformation uses CO2 to displace fossil fuels as a feedstock. Opus, Twelve’s revolutionary carbon transformation technology, works like industrial photosynthesis. It transforms CO2, water, and renewable energy into hydrocarbons, the building blocks for essential chemicals, materials, and fuels. Twelve can make the same chemicals, materials, and fuels from CO2 that are conventionally made from fossil fuels. Twelve's E-Jet® SAF is a Power-to-Liquid SAF, also known as e-SAF, which is fuel made from CO2, water, and renewable energy, resulting in up to 90% lower lifecycle emissions compared to conventional jet fuel derived from oil. E-Jet® SAF uses up to 1,000 times less water and 30 times less land than biofuels and other SAF options on the market. Looking to learn more about SAF - download our "Know Your SAF: Guide to Sustainable Aviation Fuels" by visiting: https://www.twelve.co/newsletter

Adkins Energy is a dry mill corn-to-ethanol and biodiesel production facility located in northwest Illinois. The concept for our business originated in the mid 1990s as a way to add value to corn for local producers. Development efforts by Pearl City Elevator, a local agricultural cooperative, and the Adkins Energy Cooperative eventually led to the formation of Adkins Energy LLC. We remain one of the few cooperatively owned ethanol plants in the country.
eFinery is the lowest-cost, last-mile, sustainable-energy solution by using the lowest-cost biomass inputs to create the lowest carbon footprint fuel. The eFinery process produces SAF, as well as optionally diesel and/or gasoline in a decentralized distributed manufacturing plant starting with generation 2 (e.g., virtually all lignocellulosic) feedstocks. Our process is truly scalable, cost effectively, from 5 million gallons to over 100 million gallons per annum. And our award winning process concurrently creates green hydrogen as a byproduct enabling on-site on-demand electricity for the host facility of each eFinery (a.k.a. eFi cell). NET NET = most cost effective biogenic fuels that operate equivalently to their fossil fuel counterparts, and on-site hydrogen with a delivered cost less than US$1 per kg of green hydrogen.
GEA manufacures and markets centrifuges for use by the ethanol industry. 24/7 service and support is also available.
Haffner Energy is a family-owned company that designs, manufactures, supplies, and operates solutions to produce renewable energy from biomass residues. Its innovative, patented biomass thermolysis technology has been developed thanks to a 30-year expertise in the transformation of biomass into energy supported by large R&D investments. It addresses the decarbonization challenges and economic constraints in industry, in land, air and sea mobility, as well as those facing national and local governments. It also contributes to regenerating the planet through the co-production of biochar, a natural carbon sink, and /or biogenic CO2.
Hydron Energy’s Intensified Regenerative Upgrading Platform Technology (INTRUPTor™) system is a disruptive solution that converts raw gases into clean refined fuel. The compact system provides significant cost-savings over conventional gas-upgrading technologies. Hydron Energy is initially focused on providing an affordable and scalable solution to produce renewable natural gas (RNG) from anaerobic digesters, waste-water treatment plants, and landfills. The system has additional biofuel applications including converting biomass gasification syngas to clean hydrogen, rare gas production, and direct air capture.
SAF refineries under development in Arkansas, California, & New Jersey.
Montana Renewables produces renewable diesel, sustainable aviation fuel (“SAF”), renewable hydrogen, renewable natural gas, renewable propane, and renewable naphtha. As a leader in North America’s energy transition, Montana Renewables produces approximately 30 million gallons of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) per year, making us the largest SAF producer in North America.
Petron's commercially proven low-cost ethanol to ethylene technology provides a strong proven foundation for producing SAF from ethanol. Petron Scientech Inc is a global leader in the field of integrated and hybrid biorefineries, and technologies for production of ethanol from second generation feedstocks and for the conversion of renewable ethanol into a variety of important renewable chemical building blocks specifically, bio-Ethylene, bio-Ethylene Oxide (EO), and the bio-Ethylene Glycols (MEG)/PET and other ethylene applications. Along with licensing these renewable technologies, Petron provides complete process designs, training, and start-up support.
Pick Direct Steam Injection Heaters provide efficient ethanol production solutions. The open design of the heater allows slurry flow without obstruction. The Pick Heater does not rely on high liquid & steam velocity for mixing to occur. Steam is fully condensed within the heater body. The result is smooth operation with no straight-run piping requirements and lower liquid pressure drop. In addition to mash cooking, Pick Heaters can be used in the following applications within an ethanol plant: process make-up water for mash tanks, hot water make-up for yeast tanks, Clean-in-Place (CIP) for fermenters and process tanks, plant washdown- hose stations, and any other heating requirements.
The U.S. aviation industry needs 3 billion gallons of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) by 2030, 12 billion gallons of SAF by 2035 and 35 billion gallons of SAF per year by the year 2050. Enter SAFFiRE Renewables—pioneering sustainable aviation fuel from renewable ethanol in a manner that efficiently integrates with existing ethanol plants and infrastructure. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Southwest Airlines Renewable Ventures, SAFFiRE (short for Sustainable Aviation Fuel From Renewable Ethanol)—is focused on the large scale commercialization of cellulosic ethanol, which can then be converted to SAF utilizing the Alcohol-to-Jet pathway. By transforming corn stover into ethanol, SAFFiRE's novel technology approach has the potential to fuel aviation's green transition and positions the U.S. agriculture and ethanol industries at the forefront of SAF growth. With potential to achieve carbon-negative status through enhancements and carbon capture, SAFFiRE's journey begins with designing and building a pilot plant hosted by Conestoga Energy , and is supported by industry leaders such as Southwest Airlines and LanzaJet, as well as the U.S. Department of Energy and the National Renewable Energy Lab.

USA BioEnergy was created to develop a series of advanced fuel facilities that turn biomass into clean-burning, sustainable aviation fuel, renewable diesel, and renewable naphtha. Our process includes gasification, Fischer-Tropsch, upgrading, and carbon capture technology. The renewable fuel we create is considered net negative with ultra-low carbon intensity. USA BioEnergy is focused on leading in the energy transition by working with other industry leaders to have the largest impact on decarbonization. We announced in November of 2023 that we entered into the single most important sustainable aviation fuel purchase agreement in history with Southwest Airlines. What makes it so historic is that it’s financeable. We work with a large group of forestry owners, loggers, haulers, chippers, and managers of forestry biomass managers, and as part of the process, we track carbon every step of the way. Our stated goal is to have the lowest carbon intensity score in the industry.
