The company is a NYSDEC solid waste processing facility permitted to receive 500TPD municipal solid waste; 450TPD construction & demolition debris; 100TPD unadulterated wastewood (UWW) and 25,000TPY wallboard processing. The facility is also permitted to construct & operate a 24MW baseload renewable electric, biomass gasification facility. Under the NYS Climate Leadership & Community Protection law in NYS this facility once construction is completed will mitigate approximately 380,000TPY of greenhouse gases annually. The facility is located on a 95 acre site in Orange County – twenty miles northwest of West Point – US Military academy.
