USA BioEnergy was created to develop a series of advanced fuel facilities that turn biomass into clean-burning, sustainable aviation fuel, renewable diesel, and renewable naphtha. Our process includes gasification, Fischer-Tropsch, upgrading, and carbon capture technology. The renewable fuel we create is considered net negative with ultra-low carbon intensity. USA BioEnergy is focused on leading in the energy transition by working with other industry leaders to have the largest impact on decarbonization. We announced in November of 2023 that we entered into the single most important sustainable aviation fuel purchase agreement in history with Southwest Airlines. What makes it so historic is that it’s financeable. We work with a large group of forestry owners, loggers, haulers, chippers, and managers of forestry biomass managers, and as part of the process, we track carbon every step of the way. Our stated goal is to have the lowest carbon intensity score in the industry.
